Afirmation of the day :  Enlightenment

The energy of Enlightenment helps you realize that you are a being of light. You are the personification of Streght and Divinity.

Your presence alone might make a big difference to someone. You might have changed a person without even noticing and with no help from the "Ego". You don't have to convince someone of anything. This is what we call " spreading the light".

If you find yourself after months, or even years still having an angry or frustrated reaction towards someone with which you had a conflict in the past , if you still carry inside of you as part of you that person ....is time to let go. By holding on to that anger and that memory ,you harm yourself, you do not allow yourself to heal and to grow and evolve. The time is now and the Ho'oponopono is the way ...!
